How it Works
The first thing we do is talk to you about your loved one and their circumstances. If you are doing this on their behalf, but can't come to their appointment, we go through all the Admin and tech bits to ensure a successful installation. Our AurisBuddie will then ring your loved one to arrange an apppointment. During our first visit with your parent or grandparent we conduct a live video call with you
