Our very first customer!

In this our launch week Mr Robert McDowell (Bob) became our first customer. Bob from the Isle of Wight, although diagnosed with Parkinsons, is an active member of the community and his passion is for cars. Nearly all Bob's closest friends and family are on the mainland so the first thing we did at his first appointment was to get his good friend Alan set up with the Alexa app and now they are video calling each other. Bob's got straight to asking Alexa about setting reminders. He was amazed how easy it was for hime to set a reminder to take his medication. He went on to set his alarm to be woken by Gold radio at 7.30am each morning. At Bob's second meeting we are going to link up his Echo Dot and explore using Youtube on Alexa.
